The inside of the case left faint black lines on the front of the Kindle. Actual color is not as pictured.

Hi, OCTO here. Please note that you will not experience any problems with this case. Due to customer feedback, with regard to the inside lining leaving marks on the Kindle, we discontinued the item and redesigned the case with a grey inside lining that will not leave any marks on your device. This case is the same construction as our highly rated and ranked, 5 star case in Dark Brown and Smooth Black. I love the unique color of this case, and when I first got it I put my Kindle in and it fit super snugly. I was worried about having a case that doesnt close or lock in, since its so that my kindle doesnt get scratched in my purse I didn’t want it to fall out. Its actually the opposite, maybe since its so new, its actually kind of hard to get out of the case, but it is secure, and once you get used to it, its not that bad. The only thing I do dislike about this case is that its black fabric on the inside and its rubbing off on my kindle. So now I have 2 black lines going down my kindle that aren’t washing off. Normally I’d be extremely angry about this, and thats why I wanted to let other people know, but personally I want to get a skin from [...] anyways so that will get rid of my two black lines. I suggest if you’re buying this one to be prepared for the black stuff that rubs off on the inside. Besides that, cosmetically its pretty, and it does what it needs to, my kindle isnt getting scratched in my purse now. Thanks for listening.
